Solutions Private Limited, company operating labor dispatch, placement, system development,
and call center management, acknowledges importance of protecting customer
information, technical information and personal information, and tries to
control and use appropriately such personal information for business purposes.
In order to practice
personal information protection policy, we define personal information protection
policy as follows, and perform and maintain control of personal information.
We have our personal
information protection policy thoroughly known to all our employees and disclose
the personal information protection policy in public.
1.
We
inform customers of purposes of use of personal information we obtain.
2.
Personal
information you provide us with will be used only within the range of our
appropriate business operations, recruitment of employees and personnel
management. Without your consent, we will never use such personal information for
other purposes or provide third parties with such personal information. We will
take appropriate measures for this.
In case if we outsource personal
information handling to third parties, we will make agreement and supervise
appropriately.

We abide
by laws, regulations and guidelines determined by the government as well as
other standards regarding personal information protection.
4.
We
nominate a personal information protection manager and always try our best to
control personal information appropriately. We also train and educate our
employees about personal information protection.
5.
In order
to prevent leakage, lost, unintentional use and deletion of personal
information, violation of laws and regulation related to personal information as
well as influence caused by such incidents, we will take appropriate measures
against such risks. In case such incidents
occur, we will investigate the causes, settle problems and take measures to
prevent recurrence.
6.
We
nominate a person in charge of complaint and inquiry regarding personal
information we obtain.
When
we are asked to disclose, correct or delete your personal information, we will deal
with the matters after we confirm your identity following the prescribed procedure.
7.
In order
to practice personal information protection policy for sure, we will establish personal
information management system conforming to JIS standards. We continuously abide by the system and
revise it from time to time.
