Tech Lead Should be a typical R&D guy. Knowledge of any EAI tool is a must. Should understand the EAI space very well. Exposure to warehousing, JCA (J2EE connector Architecture) is a must. Good Analysis and design skill is a must. Having experience in any type of managing technology / XML / Exposure to SOAP / SQL / Middle ware experience in an EAI tool preferred. Good solid knowledge of analyzing and system design including scoping of a work from technical point of view.
