Simplex Solutions Private Limited, company operating labor dispatch, placement, system development, and call center management, acknowledges importance of protecting customer information, technical information and privacy information, and tries to control and use appropriately such privacy information for business purposes.

In order to practice privacy policy, we define privacy information as follows, and perform and maintain control of privacy information.

We have our privacy policy thoroughly known to all our employees and disclose the privacy policy in public.


  1. We inform customers of purposes of use of privacy information we obtain.
  2. Privacy information you provide us with will be used only within the range of our appropriate business operations, recruitment of employees and personnel management. Without your consent, we will never use such privacy information for other purposes or provide third parties with such privacy information.
  3. We abide by laws, regulations and guidelines determined by the government as well as other standards regarding privacy information protection.
  4. We nominate a privacy information protection manager and always try our best to control privacy information appropriately. We also train and educate our employees about privacy information protection.
  5. In order to prevent leakage, lost, unintentional use and deletion of privacy information, violation of laws and regulation related to privacy information as well as influence caused by such incidents, we will take appropriate measures against such risks. In case such incidents occur, we will investigate the causes, settle problems and take measures to prevent recurrence.
  6. We nominate a person in charge of complaint and inquiry regarding privacy information we obtain.
    When we are asked to disclose, correct or delete your privacy information, we will deal with the matters after we confirm your identity following the prescribed procedure.
  7. In order to practice privacy policy for sure, we will establish privacy information management system conforming to JIS standards. We continuously abide by the system and revise it from time to time.
